Hospitality DNA
Trained as a hotel professional, a degree in sports and event management, event leadership for up to 3,000 people. Hospitality and quality are a basic attitude for me, not an add-on.
My role at your event is that of the stage manager: I write the script with you, I run it in the room, and I am there when decisions have to be made in seconds.

A deep network of venues, hospitality, technical crews and service across the greater Munich area. Where others are still searching, I already know who will pick up the phone.
From the first idea to the day of the event, one person who keeps every thread in hand, knows every decision and stands behind the result. I take care of the coordination personally.
Leading, to me, is not about volume but about clarity. People should feel that working together can be easy and human — and at the same time hear what will not hold, what does not fit, or what is not mine to answer for.
I am personally reachable and open to your ideas — but I will also give a reasoned no when something would damage the actual objective of your event.
I hold a high standard, and working with me is still straightforward and enjoyable.
In an unclear project I do not only hear the wishes. I see where objective, responsibility and experience are pulling apart. What I contribute is naming that tension in a way that exposes nobody and still makes a decision possible.
That applies to defining the objective around a table just as much as to the decision in the room, ten minutes before the doors open. Notice, distil, transform — and stand behind the result.
